With over a decade of corporate coaching experience, I specialize in transforming workplace cultures through ancient Eastern philosophy, modern leadership strategies, emotional intelligence, and Stoicism. As the Vice President of Education and Membership for Middle GA Toastmasters Club, I have honed my own public speaking and leadership skills while guiding countless professionals in unlocking their potential. My work focuses on helping organizations reduce turnover, increase employee engagement, and nurture the next generation of change-makers by fostering presence. Inspired by my own burnout experience and the mission to bridge the gap between Gen Z and leadership, I founded Path to Serenity Consulting, where we believe Happy Leader = Happy Team. I hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Strategic Management and am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.
